In the article, it dismisses the myth of video games inspiring youth violence and aggression. It makes the point that home life has the greatest effects on the action of youths but in the writer's opinion, forms of media do have an effect on today's youths. Although the statistics on violence are not as high as most people expect, it does not mean that different types of media play a part in the mind of many people today.
